Up until 45 years ago, women were not allowed to have an equal education as men and were infrequently admitted into higher education. Nowadays, thanks to the Feminist movement and it's subsequent waves, in the twenty-first century, we see more and more women able to advance all the way academically. Being female is no longer a hurdle to get a higher education or to improve ourselves in order to seek a better career path.

The remaining question often being asked is: "What Now? What Next".

The Italian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong & Macao and its Women's Leadership Network committee proudly present an inspiring afterwork- talk "Women in Academia".
