The Italian Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with Fondazione Gualtiero Marchesi, the Consulate General of Italy in Hong Kong and the Extraordinary Italian Taste, is honoured to invite you to "Gualtiero Marchesi & La Cucina Italiana" World Tour 2018/2019 in memory of this legendary Italian Chef.

Gualtiero Marchesi is considered to be the founder of modern Italian cuisine, thanks to two huge historic merits. He shaped the idea of Italian fine dining being the first to create an Italian model.

During this event, the movie "The Great Italian" will be shown in order to celebrate his greatness and genuineness in the culinary world. Food inspired by Marchesi will be served after the screening.
