Michael leads digital HR services across a breadth of sectors in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Asia. He has led large-scale digital transformations for large organisations across the globe, advising on how clients can maximise digital HR and enable their people strategy. He has over 20 years of experience designing, developing, deploying and optimising enterprise-level solutions around HR automation, process optimisation and alignment for the achievement of corporate objectives.
Michael's experience includes the development of digital solutions to enable large-scale global HR and Finance transformation initiatives involving significant organisational and technological change with a focus on delivering scalable and flexible cloud-based SaaS solutions (Workday, Salesforce) as the technology enabler.
