New regulations and substantial changes to Law on Enterprise 2020 and Law on Investment 2020 have recently been adopted in Vietnam.
In light of its relevance to Foreign Invested Companies (FIC), the Italian Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to this hybrid event in collaboration with Fidinam.
In this hybrid event, with the partnership of the Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, the legal procedure to set up a FIC in Vietnam will be discussed with reference to the two aforementioned laws. Regarding the former, the new stipulation on capital contribution; the payment for capital transfer transactions and the responsibility of legal representatives will be explored. The latter will cover the new list of restricted sectors applicable to foreign investors; the list of businesses with conditional market access; investment incentives and changes in the requirements for M&A approvals.

She holds a law degree from the University of Parma (Italy) and a second Level Master in Business and Company Law from LUISS University Guido Carli (Rome). She passed the Italian Bar Exam in 2015.
