The Italian Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with The European Union Office to Hong Kong and Macao, are happy to invite you to be part of our beach clean up team to make our Hong Kong a better place.
Join us on 23 September and support the event with diplomats from the EU Consulates General and friends of the environment, gathering for one afternoon to collect waste and raise awareness about marine litter.
Every year, millions of tons of trash end up in the ocean. It is estimated that by 2050 there could be more plastic than fish in our oceans. Marine litter is not only about Hong Kong, it is a global challenge.
Small acts, when multiplied by millions of people, can transform the world. It would be a great help if you could assist us in cleaning the beaches by committing to a more sustainable lifestyle and by reducing consumption, reusing and recycling plastic.
