The Italian Chamber of Commerce is happy to invite you to come to our lunch seminar in order to know more about Cyber Security Law.

The seminar intends to provide an overview of the main provisions of the Cyber Security Law in China and its recent implementation measures, and will more particularly focus upon collection of data, transfer of data out of China and implications for businesses. The seminar will also explore the cyber security and data protection regime in Hong Kong, cybercrime and related criminal and civil liabilities, risks and losses faced by business, platforms and frameworks to fight and prevent cybercrimes, cybercrime and digital currencies.
