The Italian Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Women’s Leadership Network Committee, is inviting you to join us for a brief overview on work place discrimination and sexual harassment in Hong Kong.

We live in one of the Most dynamic cities in Asia, where east blends in with west so seamlessly for nearly a century; however; the city’s deep seated colonial culture has prevented women from advancing and getting equal pay in workforce even as we are in the second decade of 21st century (2018). Our Panel will discuss not only the legal aspects of discrimination and sexual harassment, but also take a closer look at how these biases have cultivated a lack of representation for women in senior levels and board rooms.
