The Future Food Institute is an Italian-based non-profit with global horizons that aims to build a more equitable world through enlightening a world-class breed of innovators, boosting entrepreneurial potential and improving agri-food expertise and tradition.Food Innovatio Global Mission is a two-month mission to the main food tech hubs of the world, Amsterdam, Madrid, Valencia, Berlin, Toronto, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Mumbai and Bangkok, to meet companies, startups, makers, scientists, representatives institutional; the mission will visit Fablabs, Universities, research centers, scientific and technological clusters to promote a more sustainable and conscious approach to food, develop new technologies and innovations in the food sector, strengthen the link between the world of education, the world of research and innovation, the world makers and the business world and train young talents who can become the "future food leaders".

Meet the international delegation of 16 student-researchers from 10 different nationalities here in Hong Kong on June 19th for a brief seminar and a networking session in the beautiful offices of Intesa Sanpaolo Hong Kong Branch.

Between June 15 and June 20, the Future Food Institute will animate Hong Kong, also co-organising a food hackathon with Poly U, Salon Media Lab and Melee, as well as visiting leading organizations in the innovation space, and working with students at the Hong Kong Science Park.
