The Cooking Class is a special event organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao, taking place during the Week of Italian Cuisine. It will be held on Wednesday, November 15, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, at the prestigious Boffi | De Padova Studio in Causeway Bay.

This year's Cooking Class will be led by the Renowned Chef Mr. Mario Marini from ALMA​, who will reveal the secrets behind the art of perfecting "Pasta al Pesto." Participants will have the opportunity to learn and explore the intricacies of creating the original pasta, discovering the essential ingredients, mastering the preparation techniques, and understanding the cooking process. The chef will expertly demonstrate the preparation of trofie pasta and the complementary Pesto sauce, highlighting their harmonious combination.

During this exclusive event, guests will enjoy the privilege of creating this flawless Italian dish from Liguria. Embrace the use of authentic Italian ingredients and immerse yourself in a joyful atmosphere that captures the spirit of Italian cooking.
