The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao is pleased to present "Cooking Class: The Art of Pizza Making", a special event within the ITALIA MIA Festival that will be taking place during the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World in November 2021.

Guests will learn and discover more about the many varieties of Italian pizza, their ingredients, preparation, and different cooking process. Italian pizza chef Angelo d'Ambrosio will showcase how to prepare one specific type: the best one to re-create at home.

During the event, 12 guests will have an exclusive opportunity to make an Italian Pizza under the guidance of chef Angelo, while using authentic Italian ingredients and having fun - just like Italians do!

The event will also be live-streamed in order to reach a broader audience and share the art of pizza making in Hong Kong.
