Join this outstanding culinary experience on Wednesday, 1 December, from 3:30 PM until 5:30 PM at Conrad Hong Kong.

Chef Mauro Uliassi will be joining our guests via live stream to give insights on the future of Italian gastronomy in the post-COVID era, introduce his restaurant and his personal view on Italian cuisine. Last but not least, Chef Uliassi will talk about his new book "Mauro Uliassi meets Giovanni Gaggia: Art – Food – Cooking", a combination of recipes and art.

Chef Luca Marinelli from Black Sheep Restaurant​ and Chef Valentino Ugolini from CIAK – In the Kitchen​ will recreate one of Chef Uliassi's signature dishes for our guests with ingredients from Bright View​.

What's more? Guests can savour a selection of chocolate sponsored by Venchi​.

Mauro Uliassi is an Italian Chef who has transformed a beachside café into a world-class 3 stars Michelin restaurant. His restaurant, Uliassi, is one of the eleven 3 Stars Michelin Restaurants in Italy.
