Jose Carlos Bezanilla is the Chief Executive Officer for Great Place to Work® GreaterChina. He has previously worked as the Director of the Northwest Region Great Place to Work® in Mexico for five years. Jose has been working in the area of Organisational Development Consulting and leadership (Management) for over 18 years.
He is a Partner and was the Director of Business Development at Xenera Organisational Development. During his experience, he has achieved outstanding performance as a consultant, facilitator and coach in leadership development programs with top management in organizations of all kinds of industries. Jose has also worked in the banking industry for ten years, as Subdirectory For Marketing at Banamex’s Northwest Division; at the forefront of Segments, BankingRelations, Banamex Services, Marketing, Promotion and Sales and a service quality programme for the bank nationwide.
He taught for 2 years at Iberoamericana (Jesuit) University, Leadership and Creativity. Jose is certified as a facilitator from Capta Organisational Development and Director Consultants. He is also certified for the management of organisational staff profiling tool DiSC, from Human Perspectives International and Inscape Publishing, in Miami, USA. He participated in the certification of Cohen Brown, in Outstanding Leadership for Sales And Proactive Banking Relations.
Jose's training experience has covered various areas such as Creativity, Sales, HumanRelations, Leadership, Teamwork, Communication, Motivation, Decision Making, Creative Problem Solving and Business Vision, among other topics. He has been a board member in various chambers and business organisations. He was president of the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in HK. He has lived in Europe, MexicoCity, in the border region of San Diego, USA and Tijuana, Mexico; and currently in HongKong; working in international environments filled with cultural diversity. Jose and his wife teach communication workshops for couples and family education. Heis happily married with three children and is a member of EAS Committed Communities For the last 26years. Jose is a passionate reader, music lover, movie fan, archaeology and history enthusiast.
