Maura Latini
CEO of COOP ITALIA - Societa' Cooperativa
She began her career in retail at Unicoop Firenze where she held several operational and commercial roles including Commercial Director and Sales Director.
She joined Coop Italia in 2010, first serving as General Manager and currently as CEO. In January 2015 she was appointed a Member of the Board of Directors of Coopernic, European Cooperative Central, covering the role of Vice President from 2017 to 2019. Since 2016 she is Board Member of Coop Far East, the non-food sourcing and import company of Coop Italia in Hong Kong.
Since 2021 she is President of Coop Italian Food, Coop Italia’s international branch for the export of Italian food worldwide.
Anson Bailey
Head of Consumer & Retail, ASPAC at KPMG
Anson joined KPMG in Hong Kong in 1999 and is currently a Partner based in the Hong Kong office heading up the Consumer & Retail Practice in the ASPAC region. He is part of the KPMG Global Consumer & Retail Steering Group as well as being a member of the Global Technology Innovation Centre and the Cluster Leader for the Technology, Media & Telecoms Practice based in Hong Kong.
Anson has been active in driving a number of thought leadership reports and executive briefings for senior executives covering innovation and consumers in China and across Asia. Managing Director of Savino Del Bene Hong Kong and South China
Since late 2020 Max Meyerhoff is the Managing Director of SDBHK & South China, in this role he leads over 120 professionals and oversee a fast-growing business worth over EUR 60 Mil.
Max also successfully led SDB South Korea business from 2015 to 2020. Previously, Max covered other management positions in leading Logistic providers since starting over in Hong Kong in 1993.
Max is well known for his ability to grant excellent value to the shareholders while remaining committed on robust work-ethics thus attracting high performing teams able to deliver strong results in most market conditions.
Francesco
Montonati
Director, Hong Kong of Hawksford
An International Law graduate, Francesco Montonati started his career at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in HK and Macao.
He joined Hawksford in 2013 and has been working in both the Hong Kong and the Shanghai offices during the past years. During his years of practice, Francesco has extensively supported the establishment and business operations of foreign companies across Hong Kong and China, providing comprehensive advisory with outsourced administration services.
