The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao in collaboration with the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong will be hosting an inspiring briefing on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM, at The Hong Kong Club.

As consumers across Hong Kong (SAR) and Chinese Mainland cities within the Greater Bay Area (GBA) continue to adjust to life nearly three years since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, retailers and brands are discovering that many shopping habits that changed during the pandemic are enduring in the 'New Normal' environment.

During this morning briefing, our speakers will address the following:

  • What is the new normal and what can we expect to see in 2023 in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area?
  • The latest thinking of the changing demographics with the rise of Gen Z consumers and what kind of technology and innovations are retailers deploying in their businesses?
  • Can we expect to see the return of physical retail and are those boundaries between digital and physical blurring?
  • How important is customer experience going to be with the new and more immersive virtual world around Web3.0 and Metaverse?
  • How does digital payments and embedded finance help to change?

Join us in this exclusive breakfast briefing, ticket includes a full hot English breakfast buffet.
