Davina has a breadth of corporate and commercial legal experience and is always the first port of call for her clients, irrespective of their legal concerns. She has solid experience in drafting and negotiating standardised and bespoke commercial agreements (from shareholder agreements to franchise and distribution agreements) and managing corporate transactions (from JV's to M&A's). She also specialises in reviewing internal control mechanisms to identify legal and regulatory risks and provides commercial solutions and compliance guidance.
