Jackie Chan is a seasoned professional in the pension industry. He began his career prior to the launch of Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Schemes in 2000. Before joining Lockton in 2013, Jackie had already acquired 14 years of experience working with a few top 10 MPF providers such as BOCI-Prudential, AXA China Region and The Bank of East Asia and is well-versed with ORSO interface, Macau Pension interface, MPF administration, operations and customer servicing.
Freddie Lai
Assistance Vice President at Lockton Companies (Hong Kong) Limited
Freddie Lai has around 20 years of experience in the pension industry. Before joining Lockton, Freddie served as the MPF leader at Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT). Prior to JLT, he worked at Mercer Hong Kong in different roles including managing regional employee benefits in APAC, setting up multinational pooling and benefit programs and pension actuarial valuations. Prior to his experience in Hong Kong, Freddie was a pension actuary in the United States and Canada specialized in pension actuarial work for defined benefit plans. Freddie graduated from Georgia State University in the United States with a degree in Actuarial Science. He is an Associate of the Society of the Actuaries.
