The Honourable Paul Chan, Financial Secretary of the HKSAR delivered the 2022-2023 Budget Speech on February 23. The Budget outlined a series of measures to support businesses and residents that have been impacted by the pandemic and foster the economic recovery post-epidemic. Some of these measures include tax concessions and e-consumption vouchers.

Sara Silenzi is experienced in International Corporate and Tax law. She holds a law degree from the University of Parma (Italy) and a Second Level Master's in Business and Company Law from LUISS University Guido Carli (Rome). She passed the Italian Bar Exam in 2015.
Yan has over 20 years of professional experience in Hong Kong, including cross-border tax planning advisory, due diligence and dealing with the Inland Revenue Department on tax investigation cases, for both corporate and personal taxation. She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
